Card Sketch Challenge and FB Live Video

Hello and Happy Sunday!

I hope you are all healthy, safe, and happily crafting.

It amazes me how many different cards we can make from a sketch. The card for my Facebook Live last Friday fits this sketch, I'm hoping you will create a card using this sketch, please email me a picture; I love to see what you create!

Here is the card I made (the card recipe is at the end of this post.

And the Facebook Live tutorial:

Forever Greenery Thank You Card

Hello! Thank you for stopping by my blog! I am taking part in Kylie Bertucci’s International Blog Highlights. At the end of this month the top 10 cards will be in a Blog Hop with Kylie Bertucci...so exciting! I hope you like my card and vote for me, I will put in the link when it goes live.

This suite, Forever Greenery, is fast becoming my favorite in the new catalog. The Designer Series Paper is lovely and does much of the work for me.

Here are the supplies that go into this card:
I did add a scrap of black cardstock, cut the Thanks Friends sentiment, then adhered the gold on top, slightly offset so the words would “pop” a bit more.

Here is a picture with everything (except the black, that was a last minute decision):
Using multi-purpose glue, I adhered the DSP (designer series paper) to the card base, adhered the gold ring into the middle using glue dots. I think this picture might show how I rolled and hid the glue dots.

I dry fit my “bits and pieces” to build my focal piece, then adhered with glue dots. I used multi-purpose glue to stack my words and glued them into place.

Next I decorated the inside of my card and the envelope.

Forever Greenery Thank You Card: click this link for the card recipe.

Give this one a try, it’s fun to create and looks harder than it is! Which is always good! Impressive with less work, who could ask for more. If you need supplies, live in the USA, and do not have a demonstrator - please click the link above to shop with me.

Also, please let me know if you need a catalog, aka: wish book!

Thank you again for stopping by to visit.

Nancy :-)
