Stamping With Friends Blog Hop - CASEing a demonstrator November 2022

Thank you for joining us for our Stamping with Friends Blog Hop.  I hope you find ideas and creative inspiration as you visit all of the blogs. It’s so much fun to see what other demonstrators are creating! This month we are CASEing (Copy and Share Everything) a demonstrator who has inspired us.

Mia C. Salenga posted a lovely card to the Facebook Group Demonstrator Planning Place. It was a lovely card using Very Vanilla cardstock, the Split Texture Card Die and Apple Harvest Stamp Set.

I thought the Very Vanilla on Very Vanilla was simply elegant! Her card was square, but in the United States square cards are more money to send so I decided to make it in our normal card size.

My card features Frame Florets colored with blends.

The card base is Thick Very Vanilla Cardstock, Score and fold 1/2 sheet of cardstock in half.

The Split Texture Die cuts out the shape from the next layer of regular weight Very Vanilla cardstock. I attached this with lots of dimensionals, both mini and regular.

Using memento ink I stamped my sentiment and flowers. The flowers are colored with our blends, I love these alcohol inks. They are my go to coloring method. I offset my focal piece to better show the die cut.

To finish my card I colored the Rhinestones with Blackberry Bliss dark blends and added a bow of Fresh Freesia.

I hope my card inspires you as I was inspired.

It is FALL!!! A colorful, beautiful time of the year. Clear skies, cooler temperatures, and full of beautiful colors. This season is my inspiration for my customer thank you cards.

I selected my supplies, which include quite a few ink pads and sponge daubers! Here is a little hint: instead of trying to remember every color that is on your sponge daubers use your label maker to put the colors onto the base, believe me that this makes life SO MUCH EASIER!

I sponged ink onto my ink pads in combinations I thought would be interesting; in other words, I had lots of fun playing and getting inky! I cut the cards into 4 equal pieces, knowing I would cut the edges off to make card fronts. The cardstock used is Very Vanilla.

The base is Early Espresso, layer one is Merry Merlot. Add in ribbon, gems, the label stamped with the sentiment So Grateful and then topped off with liberal amounts of Wink of Stella. I began just using Wink of Stella on one stamped leave but then decided to use it on all the leaves, including the inside and the envelopes. You just can't have too much bling!

Leaf and "whirley gig" also know as the seed pod are stamped on the inside and on the envelope.

I hope you enjoy my card and that you find lots of inspiration on all the blogs in this hop!
