Bruno & Kylie Bertucci’s Demonstrator Training Program Blog Hop - August 2022

Thank you for joining us for our Stampin' Up!® Demonstrator Training Program Monthly Blog Hop! I hope you find ideas and creative inspiration as you visit all of the blogs. We are a group of Stampin' Up!® Demonstrators from around the world that are taking part in training that is helping us to build a successful Stampin' Up!® business and reach goals we have set. We really appreciate your support.

You may be starting here or have come from another blog - either way you can find the link list at the bottom of this post so that you can see every blog post and idea today. We really appreciate your support.

I love a good challenge, even when it is self imposed. I love the Splendid day Designer Specialty Designer Series Paper and found that because of mistakes (Oops! That’s not the size I wanted!) and crafting classes that the bits and pieces were stacking up. My challenge - use those bits and pieces. I extended the challenge to cardstock, if at all possible.

My card bases are the out of stock Sale-a-Bration Pool Party & Soft Sea Foam Card bases (I thought that kept with my challenge of using up what I could.) For the first layer I used either the Shimmer White Paper (with the Stitched Greenery Die) or retired Black Glimmer Paper.

I had fun arranging the different shapes and sizes of DSP on the first layer, I adhered this layer with Stampin’ Dimensionals to the card base. Once all were attached I used Soft Sea Foam Ribbon until it ran out, then switched to the Metallic Mesh Ribbon.

The focal point is the Amazing Thanks base cut in Shimmer White bits and pieces. The detailed thanks is cut using bits and pieces of matching card stock.

I cut down some of the card front sized pieces with the Deckle Rectangular Dies and used the left over piece on the inside of some of my cards; other cards have a strip of DSP or black glimmer paper.

I hope you are inspired to pull out your bits and pieces and start designing.

World Card Making Day Online Retreat 2022

Hello my crafty friends!

Let’s celebrate World Card Making Day, 10/1/22, together!

I’ve had the pleasure of putting on private Facebook Events for a couple years now with some amazing demonstrators from around the world. Now we’ve come up with a treat! A Zoom event with 18 live crafting demonstrations by 9 creative Stampin’ Up!® Independent Demonstrators.

There will be three Zoom calls and 6 live card making demonstrations per Zoom call. You will create a total of 18 cards beginning on Friday night and Saturday morning. We hope you will create with us.

A pdf idea file with measurements and supply lists will be provided prior to the event so you can gather your supplies and have cardstock cut and ready to craft along with us. If you miss the Zoom calls, Youtube assembly links will be provided shortly after the event is over. You will have that pdf idea file to help you as well since project photos will be included.

Everyone is welcome to join us, stamping customers, your friends, fellow demonstrators, team members and newbies too!  I will send you an invoice when you have registered. Please click the picture to complete the Google Form.

Registration for World Card Making Day includes 3 Zoom calls during September 30th and October 1st, for the demonstrated projects and a pillow gift if registration is received by September 22nd.

Cost is $15.00

After I receive your registration, I’ll snail mail your pillow gift (remember, registration must be received by September 22nd to receive the pillow gift!). Then be watching for the pdf file in your email in-box after August 29th so you can order supplies if needed and prep your cardstock. Thanks for joining us and looking forward to stamping with you then!

Thank you! Nancy Reynolds - Stampin’ With Nutsy 😁

P.S. Zoom session times are Friday, September 30th, 7-8:30pm and Saturday, 9-10:30am and 11am-12:30pm, all central times listed. If you can’t make the Zoom calls, Youtube assembly links will be provided after the event is over. So you can still craft along with us if the Zoom call times don’t work for you.
