Tropical Oasis Cut Out Card

Another card inspired by Wendy Cranford. this one also uses the Tropical Oasis Suite Bundle from Stampin’ Up. I love that we can buy stamps, dies, designer series paper and emblishments using one code - talk about making life easier!

I added a generous amount of Wink of Stella to the pineapple, hibiscus flower and leaves.

This card has a belly band to help keep it closed.
